The Calendar opens for booking on the 5th of every month starting from March.
Please keep an eye out to secure your slots.

- Tuesday – Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Monday & Sunday: CLOSED

Parking:
Free parking (4 hours) is available up the road at Racecourse. There is also off-road parking surrounding the lounge.
Important Policies
Please allow sufficient time for your journey and parking.
- Deposits: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payment: Remaining balance settled via Cash or Card.
- Lateness: Being 20 minutes late without notice results in automatic cancellation (NO-SHOW). Emergency lateness incurs a £15 fee.
- No-Shows: Repeated no-show bookings will result in booking rights being removed.
Appointment Prep
We provide wash, blow-dry, and removal services.
Scalp Needs: Please specify any special scalp needs in advance so we can take appropriate measures.
Wig Services:
- Wig Revamped: Requires 5 days to complete.
- Construction: Varies; please discuss during appointment.
- Drop-off: We require your wig at least 3 days before your appointment date.
Dyeing & Colouring
Limited to natural colours. Services start from £20.

Our Rights & Aftercare
We reserve the right to cancel or reject appointments for any inappropriate behaviour, which will be recorded and reported.
Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied, notify us during the service or within 48 hours. Touch-ups are offered, but no redos. Correction services are not allowed after 3 days from the initial service date.
Aftercare: Advice is provided after each appointment; it is your responsibility to follow it.
